Outstanding in the Field
HOST FARMER: Dale Volkert, Lake Meadow Naturals, Ocoee (Orlando), FL
GUEST CHEF: Kevin Fonzo, K Restaurant, Winter Park, FL
We love it so much here we are doing two this year! Lake Meadow Naturals is a favorite stop on the OITF winter tour. Farmer Dale has the good eggs, and when you have good eggs, great chefs will be coming by to get them. Orlando is a big fan of Chef Kevin Fonzo, and Kevin is a big fan of Farmer Dale. That means love in the field and on the plate.

The Magic Of Cochon 555
Feb 11, 2014
Five of Miami’s all-star chefs showed off their porcine prowess at Cochon 555 at the Four Seasons this past Sunday in Brickell. Going on its sixth year, Cochon 555 is the nation’s premier culinary tour touting the flavor and health benefits of eating heritage breed pigs via a nose-to-tail culinary competition. Great Food List was lucky enough to have a sty-side seat for the action alongside a sold out crowd of foodies.
